It all started when…

The fight for diversity and inclusion in creative spaces will not stop until all voices are heard.

Carpenodiem and Huein Studios brought their vision of diversity, inclusion and awareness to up and coming creatives through their pop up art show in Atlanta.

The Atlanta-based organizations used their platforms to bring together creatives in art, fashion, and music.

With brands such as Crispin Cut, Kitboys Club, Lucid FC, Holy Hell, and even visual art from Herok, Aliya May, Allen Powell, and live painting from Raphael Bahindwa, the community support became too prevalent.

Not only did the event allow artists and creatives to share their art, but it allowed people to come together to appreciate the talent lying within the community.

Carpenodiem and Huein Studios made it apparent to focus on the importance of what people worldwide are going through with COVID-19.

Contributions of canned goods were made to the COVID-19 food relief fund at the Buckhead Art & Company in Atlanta on Jan. 2, 2021, as a symbol of coming together and showing community support.

Overall, a significant emphasis on supporting those who contribute creatively will always hold value. Through a variety of art and creativity, the importance of sharing stories will carry on in 2021.
