Jesus is King Review

It all started when…

After the high and long-awaited anticipation Kanye West has finally released his new album “Jesus is King.”  

Even though there were issues with the album release fans were still excited to hear what this new reborn Kanye sounds like through his music. The album opens with the song Every Hour which includes Kanye’s Sunday Service Choir giving a powerful opening ballad that ties into what the album is going to dive into and overall introducing listeners to the new side of Kanye.  

With songs such as Follow God, Everything We Need, and Use this Gospel West is showing that he has opened up a new chapter in his life that has changed hm spiritually and mentally. Fans were accepting of this new Kanye that the world is meeting, and the world is now watching to see what this new journey of Kanye entails. Though Kanye is still controversial and vocal, he is expressing through his music that he is now understanding the consequences his past and present actions have caused. 

This album is recommended for people who want to go on a spiritual journey from start to bottom and hearing a warm sound within the music and through the lyrics.
