The Shift: Coronavirus

It all started when…

The world has taken a complete turn within the last month due to COVID-19. The impact of the pandemic goes from schools being closed, grocery store horror stories and loss of jobs. The world has shifted to a place where people only hear about this in history books, but still this is a part of history because this is this is the shift of coronavirus.  

It seems like the first case of the virus in China was just a figment of the imagination and people looked at it as something non-threatening. Now fast forward, in the United States alone there have been a total of 213,144 cases and 4,513 deaths.  

As the world is quarantined, there have been nothing but push backs and cancellations from festivals, concerts, postponed graduations, cancelled school years and several businesses closed. No matter the class status or rank in society the entire world has been impacted from this massive world change.  

With new cases being revealed every day, the important thing to do is remain calm, stocked up and stay inside. Even though social distancing seems to be the end of the world it is important that the public remains safe and distant to keep each other out of harm's way.
